Telepsychiaty Patient-centred care is the process of providing mental health care from a distance through technology, often using videoconferencing. Can involve providing a range of services including psychiatric or psychological evaluations, therapy (individual therapy, couples or family therapy), patient education and medication management.

Clinical Psychologist (UNIP São Paulo Unified Institute, Brazil)
- Master of Science in Organizational Behavior (Polytechnic University-NYU, New York) Specialized in Systemic Couple Psychotherapy (Chilean Institute of Family Therapy)
- Extensive experience in adult individual and couple’s therapy with foreigners living in Chile and with couples where one of the spouses is Chilean and the other one is foreign, as well as working with Chileans in general.
- Some of the aspects most worked on in therapy are depression and anxiety, loss of identity, difficulties due to cultural and language differences, reconstruction of the couple after infidelity, adaptation of the couple after the arrival of the first or second child, parenting and friendly separation. Another specialty regards eating disorders, mainly obesity, but also anorexia and bulimia.

Psychologist: Claudia Molina
- Psychologist from Santo Tomás University; EMDR Therapist from the Spanish EMDR Institute (EMDR Europe); specialized and accredited Mindfulness Instructor (MBSR, Trauma-sensitive Mindfulness and Relational Mindfulness). She also holds a Diploma in Family Mediation Catholic University of Chile and is a certified Yoga Nidra teacher from Amrit Institute (USA) and Jógasetrið (Iceland).
- She is currently studying Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT) and Sensorimotor Psychotherapy (SP) to finish in 2024.
- Claudia works with an integrative approach, where she provides a respectful, warm and safe space for emotional support; where it is possible to address post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), depression, crises, anxiety and stress management; difficulties in emotional and communication management; Also cross-cultural adaptation problems.
- Currently she lives in Iceland where she provides therapy at ‘Lausnin Family and Trauma Center’ (English and Spanish). In 2021 she created the project ‘INNAN a mindful space’, where she teaches well-being courses and workshops (mindfulness, compassion, meditation and Yoga Nidra among others), focused on the Spanish-speaking community.
